Tarlara Rural

Run the whole smallholding in one place.

A rural property is a connected system. Buildings affect the land. Water affects crops and animals. Assets support all of it. Tarlara Rural brings those relationships together instead of splitting them across apps and notebooks.

Who it's for

People who actually work the holding

Smallholders

A few acres, some animals, a polytunnel and a long list — all in one record.

Family farms

Fields, soil, water, livestock, machinery and seasonal work coordinated across the year.

Diversifying holdings

Buildings, land and resources assessed for what they could support, with projects and funding attached.

Self-sufficiency households

Growing, storing, preserving and maintaining, with the record keeping track of the cycle.

Location changes everything

A field isn't simply 'Field 3'

Its location relates it to soil, water, climate, crops, environmental context, the obligations that apply and the opportunities open to it. Tell Tarlara where you are, and the rest becomes more relevant.

Questions

Rural FAQs

What's the difference between Standard and Rural AI?
Standard is the complete operational product with no ongoing AI allowance. Rural AI is the same product plus the assistant and 500 AI credits a month, with higher holding, user and storage allowances.
Is there a trial?
Yes — a 14-day free trial, no card required.
Can I record more than one holding?
Standard covers one holding; Rural AI covers up to three.
Does it work away from the house?
Yes. Rural supports offline use and syncs when a connection returns, and assets can carry QR labels for scanning in the yard or field.
Do I have to fill everything in?
No. Record the essentials and the holding is already useful. Depth is there when you want it, not as a prerequisite.
Does it tell me which grants I'll get?
No. It records funding opportunities against your holding, land, buildings and projects so you can judge relevance. Eligibility is always determined by the scheme provider.
